Question about Microsoft Xbox 360 Console
Press the xbox button on your controller, and select "Personal Settings". Now select "Voice".
Be sure that the volume is turned up to your liking, and also make sure that the "Voice Output" choice is to your liking as well.
I dont mean any offense by this, also make sure that your headset is plugged in all the way with the volume up, or connected properly if you use a wireless headset.
It is also possible that these people may be muted in the recent players/friends list. All you would need to do is bring up those lists, and select the player... The bottom choice on that screen should be mute/unmute.

Hi,
A 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Good luck!
