Phoenix-awardbois v.6 is not your computer name but the BIOS installed.Without knowing the make of PC or motherboard we can't point you in the right direction for the drivers for your sound.

no problem with the configuration i guess.. try to reinstall the sound drivers or uninstall the current drivers and install generic drivers by manufacturer i.e Lenovo
go to the manufacturers website and download the drive for your mobo, if your internet doesnt work you may have to download them on another computer burn them to disc
