respected sir..... i tried lot times...as per ur suggessions.. 1 beap sound .. it indicates mother board ram and parts ok... if i installed new ram ddr1 type... no reaction .... ... more over .. am also hardware engineer card level... i chatted with somboey... they told there may be clock problem.... what should i do... further... and suggest me how to do....

This should give you time to find a new fan
Remove paper center from fan and put a small drop (I mean small) of light machine oil on the bearing then replace paper center.
This should get you out of trouble for a few months at least.
I have done this with at least 8 fans in the past some never needed a new fan
