Hi - subject laptop has no recovery hard disk drive partition for onboard recovery so you need to recover Windows by ideally running the originally distributed HP restore set (no manual activation required) or replacement HP recovery disk (owner input of Windows license key from label on base of laptop - separate the docking station) which can still be ordered from HP for a modest cost
But first best to open an account with HP at the support site and register your laptop as the current legal owner - this will ensure no uncertainty and best post warranty support
