Question about Panasonic KX-T7630 Corded Phone
Very easy. When connected to the first caller, press the CONF key. This puts them on hold, make a second call, internal or external. When connected, press the CONF. key again. All three are connected. Depending upon your "class of Service" you may be able to connect up to five parties on a conference call. As you are "hosting" the call, any of the other parties can hang up but you cannot or the other parties will all be disconnected.

I believe that if you reach a busy signal, you can hang up. The conference should ring you back and the rest of the conference will be there.
Here's what the documentation shows from within the help of a 3300 ICP/MCD...
a 5303 is to be treated just like a 2500 series set...

To form a Conference when a two-party call is already in place, or
to add another party to an existing Conference:
Press Flash or flash the
Dial the number of the next party.
Wait for an answer.
Press Flash or Flash the
Dial the Conference Call Feature Access Code.
To Leave a Conference:
To split a Conference and speak privately with the original
Flash the switchhook.
