Check the manual for the security code for your vehicle. I'm pretty sure it's a 5 digit code. If you locate it, enter the code into your stereo. You may have to take it to a Mercedes dealer if you cannot find it. If you do have to take it to the dealer, pull the radio out and get the serial number from the side of the radio, the service tech will charge you big bucks if you make him do it. If you e-mail any Mercedes Benz dealership your car registration, VIN, and/or driver's license, a service manager will lookup the radio code for the model of your car. Once you get the code, I would keep it in a safe place.
