Sorry, but this problem statement is incredibly non-specific, and not at all conducive to any reasoned diagnosis. Here is what I can offer:
Be aware that certain models of eMac were built with a specific lot of faulty Taiwanese capacitors (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Capacitor_plague), and with age may begin to exhibit problems with startup and/or faulty video. The extended warranty on this problem has already expired. If the tops of the capacitors visible inside the access door on the bottom of your eMac are bulged or leaking similar to those in this image:
your only recourse is to look for a replacement for your eMac.
