When you do refill it should be ok but on the cartridge there is a meatl stipes that connect to the printer and tell if its empty or demaged maybe its not clean or broken you should be able to see it this could be the problem

What can i do for my printer canon pixma mp287 series if get in low-mode.???

I think you are saying that the "Low Ink" warning has stopped you from printing.......The message can be cleared by holding down the "Stop / Resume" button for a count of 10 seconds. If the message is still present it is because both ink cartridges are low. you can repeat the re-setting by doing the same thing twice. This clears the message and will allow the complete use of every drop of ink, however it can also damage the cartridges for refilling if you wish to reuse them.

Canon mx300 not recognize reffil cartridge color 51,

This cartridges has a memory chip and printer will recognized refill cartridges like empty. You can't reset the ink level on all Canon Pixma printers.Push resume button and hold it for 5 seconds. This operation releases the function for detecting the remaining ink level of the above ink.The printer shows empty cartridges but it will printing.
If this not help there is a minimum chance your cartridge is failed electrically and printer not recognized. In this case replace the cartridge.

On my pixma mx310 when the ink gets low it automatically holds all faxes in memory and wont print them unless i manually do it. I have a refilled ink cartridge put in that is full and it still wont let...

Current printer cartridges usually contain a chip which doesn't let you refill without using a chip resetter. It's sensing that the cartridge is out, so it won't print. If it was reset, try cleaning the contacts, carefully, with an electronic contact cleaner, or in a pinch, alcohol.
