Numbers 1,2,3,4 and # and left and up toggle keys just stopped working on V3i. Called at&ts warranty dept. and they're sending a replacement. REFURB of course!

my raza phone's key pad won't work accept the on button the right key and #7 and #9. I sometimes get a message saying " voice record memory is full"

the keypad on my motorola razor V3 is not responding, i can turn it on using the keypad but once on it does not work at all, i can still receive calls by flipping the phone open but the keys just won't work. Please Help!!!!

Phone worked fine yesterday. However today my keypad wont function and cant access my contacts for text messages.

Phone is on and appears to be functioning, indicating bars and proper timekeping on the display; however no keypad or side buttons generate any response whatsoever...
