Question about Palm Treo 755p Smartphone
755 restarts to Palm menu, calls will appear to not go through to me, but the receiver it has gone through. Today was day 30 of my new phone. They switched out one already and were reluctant to switch out again. I can not pay this much for a phone and it not work properly. The gas alone of running back and forth 45 min to 1 hr. is hitting my pocketbook.
Have you installed any additional programs? If so, it may be those (the old software/hardware, who's at fault problem). If you have not installed any new programs, or you delete all of them and still have the same problem, Sprint should not give you a hard time replacing the phone.
My phone has some problems with occasional re-starting, but it happens when I run a 3rd party software, so I can't blame that one on Palm/Sprint.
