I had the same problem, two green flashing lights with one red (water) all 3 would just keep flashing and not turn solid. No coffee can be made or hot water. I could not pump prime. The problem was the steam wand which was blocked with old milk residue. It needs unblocking or you will never pump prime. If you can't pump prime, the green light will not turn solid. Since I could not unscrew the steam wand...I let it sink in a glass full of hot water for a few minutes and then turned the water knob counter clockwise to push out the softened residue. After that, everything was good. When water started flowing out of the steam wand, the red light turned off and the green lights turned solid. The obvious answer to why you can't pump prime is there is a blockage somewhere and best to start with the steam wand. If water comes out of the steam wand but still won't make coffee is a bigger issue. --Mabada

After descaling the two coffe cup lights keep flashing .

Hi
You have finished the descale process and your descale light should be gone. Put a fresh tank of water on the machine and then open the steam knob. This should clear the water light and your machine will start heating again.

Saeco Italia water lite and green lights flashing

Hi,

Try to open the steam knob and make a cup of water (tea), see if you can get a full cup or just a half.

How old are your machine?
How often do you descale the machine?

Best regards
/Mirran

What happens when you open the knob on the right? It may just need priming.
