Question about Brother DCP-7020 All-In-One Laser Printer
I am assuming that the toner (what they call ink in a laser printer) has been replaced and isn't actually low. Try and remove the toner cartridge and shake it side to side gently. Reinstall the toner and see if this helps. Unfortuneatly the next step is to buy a new toner and see if this fixes the issue. If it does then you know the toner was bad. Always try to use Brother brand toners and not generics, you will have more consistent results. There is a copy of the user manual here: http://www.google.com/url?sa=t&source=web&cd=3&ved=0CBwQFjAC&url=http%3A%2F%2Fcontent.etilize.com%2FUser-Manual%2F10368916.pdf&ei=DRtzTKGaK4y-sAOb68CgDQ&usg=AFQjCNFDk8vSMdw6llJHSObhadxddcG_Ow

Save hours of searching online or wasting money on unnecessary repairs by talking to a 6YA Expert who can help you resolve this issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.

Tips for a great answer:
1 Press Menu until System Setup appears on the bottom line of the
display and press OK.
2 Press the scroll buttons until Maintenance appears and press OK.
3 Press the scroll buttons until CLR Empty MSG. appears and press
4 Select On and press OK.
5 Now the Toner Low Replace Toner message does not appear but
the Replace Toner message will remain for reminding you that the
new cartridge needs to be installed for quality.
