Power is on..but no blowing air..

When I installed it last year.. it did the same thing.. but my brother was here and he did something to it.. Im not sure if there is a reset switch or something, he cant remember what he did to it then.. but it worked just fine..It sounds like it wants to turn on..
I have the same problem.

possible faulty fan or fan capacitor I'd change can capacitor first if runs there's your problem solved. also if your pretty handy, apply direct power to it if should turn on if good if it does turn on suspect a faulty board or selector switch
