Test the SD card in another device, or even a PC to verify that it is working or even formatted. Also what size is the SD card/. Does your MP3 player support this size. Give us more info.

SOURCE: SD Card not showing in my Tomtom go 720 to play MP3

If you want to play mp3 songs from sd card then create mp3 folder and place all the songs in side that folder. Now when you go to Juke box menu it will scan all the songs and you will be able to play them the way you want..

Is there anyway to import mp3 music files from my cellphones sd card to a coby MP-828-8G?

I think the easiest way would be to fit the SD card into a USB adaptor and plug the adaptor into the USB port of a computer. If you computer doesn't have a USB port, several printers have them and you can access that port when the printer is linked to the computer. Some printers will even take the SD Card direct! Once connected the Card will be just like a drive. And you can copy the MP3 files to your computer, then import them to the MP3 player.
USB SD Card adaptors are not expensive and can be found on Amazon.

Why won't my Sansa 250R won't recognize an sd card?

Your 4GB card is actually a microSDHC card. The e250 works with microSD cards, 2GB and smaller.

What mini sd card fits my polaroid 4 gb media player model pmp280cb-4

It will take any MiniSD Card or you could get a MicroSD Card with a MiniSD Card Adapter.

Just do a search on Amazon for whatever size Mini SD Card you want (4GB, 8GB, or 16GB).

I am trying to get a SD that will fit in my MP3 player. The SD that fits into my digital camera is too thick and it is bigger than a micro. Where would I find something that you fit?

Hi,

Your player takes Mini SD card…up to 2GB.

As a reference for the different types of SD cards: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:SD_Cards.svg

You can get it from best buy or any other retailer.

Cheers,
Ed

Additional SD card memory installed in the card slot

Check to see if it is the proper SD card. while several size ( memory) cards may fit the port the player may only recognise a 2 or 3 gig card.

The Sansa e260 can only use microSD cards. I believe the 4GB model can only handle the 1 or 2 GB cards. If you try to do any SDHC ones, then you may run into problems. I suggest right clicking the SD card on your computer screen after it pops up. Select Properties. There can be some help in this area. I suggest going to tools, and check for error problems.

SD CARD

This question is in the wrong section. It's not the player's problem. There is always a discrepancy between the number of songs advertised for the card, and the number you can actually put on there.
