Question about Motorola Mobility Moto Q
I have the same problem but its with the "b" "c" and "p" buttons. im not sure what is causing this but i deleting all recent prgrams installed. well see how this works out.

Hi, I think the best solution for you will be to go to Start, Settings, Text Input Settings, check the box if you want Text Prediction to work.
If that does not work then I recommend you reset the phone by removing the battery and wait 60 seconds before putting it back in.
Other things to consider are, make sure you are taking proper care of your battery - the Q requires good strong batteries. You can reset the battery by discharging them completely, then recharging them fully before using them, then repeat.
Also, make sure you have not added programs recently. If you have, you may try removing them. Start Settings, Remove Programs.
If all else fails you may have to try a Master Reset. Start, System Tools, Master Reset. Caution *** a master reset will delete all of your personal information ***
If the phone is still under warranty you should return it for warranty service before doing a master reset.
