Whenever you go to your Start button just click on the setting and select printer or faxes and check whether your printer is being identified by the system or not if not install the driver relating to the printer and check it in the Device Manager and also check if theirs a check mark on the printer and if not just right click on the printer and set as default printer and confirm whether its online and right click on it an set as offline and check the connection of the printer and go to the printer properties and check the port and print the test page and more thing click on the Start button and select the RUN option from the start menu and type as services.msc and click on ok. Which list out all the service and find print spooler and make sure whether its being started if not just right click on the option and start it and also set it as automatic.
