Tip the mower up on it's side with the dipstick tube on the down side and collect it in a suitable container. The gas you can do the same. When I drain old fuel, I mix it with a lot of fresh fuel and a bottle of dry gas then run it in my car.

if you bent the blade most likely you bent the crankshaft too.
Remove the spark plug and pull the rope and remove excess oil from the spark plug hole
check the spark plug for spark if you have none then a flywheel key is sheered a more in depth fix.
If you get it started you may notice a whole lota vibration due to a bent crank shaft or maybe not?

SOURCE: GOT GASOLINE IN OIL TANK.
Empty the tank of the tainted gasoline (Maybe add the right amount of oil and use it for a trimmer, etc), fill tank with fresh gas and clean the spark plug, since it is probably fouled out. You may have to clean the carb with some carb cleaner, and clean your plug a few extra times, but it should be fine. Hope this helps. Good luck.

that's not a choke lever, it's used as a speed control on some models. the two springs are attached to the governor rod, which is attached to an "air vane" governor - on these engines, you need to keep the gas tank fairly full at all times, the dip tube on the carburetor rides up off the bottom of the gas tank, if fuel level goes lower than this tube, it won't pull any gas to the intake - from your descriptions, though, it sounds like the diapragm between the carb and gas tank has "curled". briggs had a service flash on the problem and since it's new, you should take it to a shop that does briggs warranty work - it should be covered under warranty

Remove the float bowl again and remove the BRASS Jet in the bottom of the venturi throat. Clean the pin hole of the Jet so that you can see through it. DO NOT force anything through it. Just clean it. Underneath the jet is the venturi tube itself. It is also unscrewed with a screw driver. Remove it and clean all ofthe holes in it. Then reassemble tube and jet in to the venturi. Check the BOWL NUT for 2 holes. If the holes are clogged your engine will suffer from a lack of fuel. Lastly check that you have FUEL flow from the tank to the carb. If the tank outlet hole is clogged you will also have a lack of fuel problem.
