Various media players do not support certain video formats hence such issues as you are faciong.
Try using realplayer to play the video if you dont have realplayer you can download it for free at realplayer.com...also try to get the sp edition it plays more formats.
Hope this solution has been helpful?

The Sansa Media Converter (SMC) software is required to convert and transfer videos and photos (pictures) to your Sansa player as well as the memory card in your Sansa player.

I am unable to open the files after connecting to my lap top for downloading more songs or playing the same on the lap top.

The problem mainly will be an autorun error.....You can still view the files in your computer by following this small trick,....
just right click the player in my computer and click explore....
or
click folders button on the top task pane in my computer and choose your player from the list...

I loaded windows 7 professional on my hp nx6110 and i get a video error when i try to use media centre. how can fix this

You will need Windows 7 supported drivers - goto the HP website and download new ones. Install, reboot - then try again. If this doesnt work - it might be unsupported on that laptop.

I want to remove video from my philips sa3025/37

if you want to remove the media from your player totally just insert the player to your pc, right click on the icon and click format. a window pops up again and click format. but this process will totally erase all the files. if you are unable to view the video file in your player it is of unsupported format(.flv , .vob real and vlc player files) remember most of the players support only .wmv(windows media player files)
