I have a Whirlpool Imperial Series Ultimate Care II. It will not drain after the wash cycle. This happened suddenly. I have not noticed leaks and no water backed up in the hoses.

It will be something blocking the water exit system usually a sock gain access to the drum assembly normally at the rear of the unit you should see the exit hose if you sqeeze it and there is water in it the block is there about . Get something to collect the water and remove the assembly between the drum and the pump do it from the highest piont to allow the water to be release slowly as possible. Usually a sock !!!

I have an whirlpool ultimate care II Imperial Series Model # LSN2000JQ2 Serial:CM2819491 Type: III That will fill but won't agitate. Is this something I can really fix on my own?

Could be a problem with the lid switch or motor coupling. Does it drain? Does it spin?
when its time to agitate or spin, do you hear the motor?
Lets start with the lid switch. open the lid and use a screw driver to push the switch down. pay attention to see if you hear it click. Try to run the unit with the screw driver holding down the switch.
Let me know what happens so I can further assist you.

Whirlpool Washer - Imperial Series Quiet Wash 2

your washers drain hose is too far down the drain pipe which is causing a siphoning action pull the washers drain hose out pipe some you should be able to hear water dropping into the pipe the reason it only happens in the rinse cycle is because the water from wash is being drained and before the water vacuum is broken the rinse water comes in causing it to keep draining

Whirlpool Ultimate Care 2 leak after wash cycle

Hello, you may have a small drip from the pump or a small drip from the hose that goes from the pump to the rear of the cabinet. To make sure you will have to run the unit with the cabinet removed. A local service tech can remove the cabinet quicklyand isolate the leak.

Whirlpool Ultimate Care II keeps taking water.

ck your drain nose/drainline, chances are you have along hose, perhaps even draining along the floor behind hte unit, into a "closed" drain system. in which cawee the wwater is syphoning out during the rinse cycle, youlll needt o raise the drain hose to above 48" and have it drain into a stand pipe to prevent siphoning effect
