SOURCE: only hot water, no cold water.
The cartridges in the single handle units are prone to display this issue in hard water areas as mineral deposits such as calcium build up on the stem. The stems also have small rubber band like rings - for lack of a better term- that break apart and can clog the ports on the side where the are on. New stem should resolve the issue totally unless you have had a pipe break or other construction to the plumbing system recently. Thanks for using Fix Ya.

Your water pump is blocked. You will either call a repair person or disable the top of the pumb (inside the dishwasher, bottom) and check the water input duck. It just might be just some food, etc.. that is blocking the input. But if you don't see anything then it will be futher inside and will need to be removed and cleaned. BIG pain...
Best of luck. BTW, I have the exact same problem but mine is further inside so I have to remove the whole dang pump, arggggggg.

Yes - This is an easy (though not widely known) diy fix! Remove the cover of the faucet handle (may pop off if crystal type or use a screwdriver to remove the screws) inside there is a scald guard safety mechanism - using a flathead screwdriver, turn the guard some the left. There should be a guide so that you do not turn the water up too hot. If there is not, you may need to consult a plumber or supplier in order to adjust the hot to a moderate temperature.
Hope this helps! ;)

SOURCE: low water pressure
When it was installed was there any copper sweating done? If so, the valve cartridge can get fried if not removed prior to the immense heat from a torch.
