Dont know how to set the time and stuff on my adidas adh4003 watch!

You can get instructions from their web site
(www.adidas.com/campaigns/watches_fw07/content/index.asp?)

Click on "instruction manuals" in the menu on the left, choose your country.

You will be presented with a series of generic instructions from which you
should choose the ones that suit your watch.

I just bought the adidas ADP6000 watch from argos and the manual is no help at all and i cannot work out how to change the time and date even though i have researched online :(

Okay so I had the same problem as all you guys, fiddled around with the buttons for a couple seconds (literally) and worked it out
The following instructions are for tADP6000:
1- press and hold 'SET/LIGHT' button
2- it should say 'LIGHT' and 'OFF' flashing, now press 'MODE' until you reach the screen you desire, then use the 'START/STOP' and 'LAP/RESET' to change between 12hr/24hr; time; date etc etc. hope this helps

I can not change the time on my watch ADH1768. I can not find your model in the manual to help me on settings. Thank you! Vanessa

It appears that this model has been discontinued so that it will not be in their catalogue.

The instruction manual list for Adidas does not list them under models but as descriptions of features.

If you go to http://www.adidas.com/campaigns/watches_fw07/content/performance/pdf/performance_en.pdf and scroll down to the one called "10 lap digital", this seems nearest to the model you have.

Try following the "time setting " instructions. There may be slight differences between models but there a limited number of alternative button sequences available, so it shouldn't take very long to work out the correct alternative if the one given is not quite correct.
