Ijust bought a Vizio BLU-RAY PLAYER VBR120/VBR210W and it didn't came with a manual so i can set-up the remote control how can i get one

The best advice I have to offer for the Vizio VBR120 is to replace it with a better player from LG, Sony or Samsung. I replaced mine with a LG BR540 and haven't looked back. With Vizio you get what you pay for, junk. There is no update for a Vizio VBR120.

Many have a default code like all 9's but you may have to call the maker if not in the owner manual.

Blu-Ray discs cannot be played properly without remote control. You must have its original remote control. No universal remote control will work with Blu-Ray. Contact the nearest Vizio authorised service center to buy an original one. Download the user manual to your player. Click here to download it. It will give you specifiction of the remote control.

The manual is availble on Vizio's web site for you to download. This unit seems to be deffective. You should contact Vizio tech support for replacement.
