Question about T-Mobile Wing™ Smartphone
To use a v3 overseas (outside the US) you have to call T-Mobile (or go on the web site) and make sure you have International Roaming activated. It is free, but it has to be activated. Then you can use your phone in most countries.
You will not use minutes from your plan, but instead you will have to pay international per minute rates for using your phone outside the US. In the Dominican Republic it will cost you $1.49 per minute to call the US. There is probably a per message rate as well for text messages.
