Question about Televison & Video
Go to menu then setup you should see lanauge,use the ch- ch+
and vol-vol+ to adjust it back to English. Ch- CH+ should allow you to move up and down menu and Vol- Vol+ to move forward and back

Using your remote:
Press the 'action' button. Little button in the middle of the 4 way scroll.
go to Setup
Select Language the hit the action button or the right button (depends on remote model) this should open the language selection area. Use the channel up and down to find the one you want and hit ACTION
And thats it! ;-]
