I would suggest taking to the jeweler you bought it from. But here is a link to Citizen that will help you in your search for instructions to do it yourself:

Swiss made model number 33269 s gold is it reel

The best thing to do would be go to a reputable jeweler and they can do a test on the band or case to see if it is real. Also, You can usually see a 14k or other designation somewhere on the back of the case or at the clasp on the wristband.

Thank you for contacting FIxYa.
I dont have enough info to answer this. How old is your watch? Is it exposed to light daily?
I would go to following link to get more specific answers to your problem.

I want to remove links on my wristband.

Most wristband links are held together with screws or pins. Screws are usually only found only in high end watches so you most likely will have to remove pins. Without the proper tools and know how you will most likely scratch the bracelet or, worse, damage the pins. A jeweler can do this for you easily and, if they even bother to charge you, it shouldn't be more than $5. Should you wish to proceed on your own, you can buy the specialized tools on ebay quite reasonably.

How do I remove a link to make watchband smaller.

I just got a Citizen Eco-drive watch similar to this one (mine is titanium) for Christmas and took it into the jewelry store today to have it resized. Unfortunately, things didn't go well and it is now on it's way to another jewelers shop for repair. The pins have a short sleeve on them that is supposed to remain inside the links. However when they removed the links, the sleeves came out and they couldn't put them back in. Without the links, the pins do not remain secure in the links. I recommend you take you watch to a jeweler to have it adjusted professionally.

How to replace the rubber wristband of a luminox watch

If you have a new wristband, there is a spring loaded lug where the band joins the watch, use a sharp knife or jeweler's screwdriver to slide the lug from the watch

Watchband is one segment too long

You need the a watch link remover tool. This can be purchased online or a jeweler can do it for you. I would take the watch to where you purchased it and they should do it for free.

Link removal of stainless steel watch band

Actually, this seems to be the big end of the split pen. Take a pin and push into the opposite hole ontil the big end pops out, then use pliers to pull it out. It should be easy to put it back. There should be an arrow on the inside of the band to show where to push.
