Question about Bunn NHB Coffee Maker
I would try to get a replacement, since something sounds faulty with the unit. Usually a clogged water line in the maker causes problems like this, with mineral buildup after a period of time, but this is a new unit and shouldn't have this problem. Contact Bunn and see if they will honor a replacement- here is their web support page:
Push for a replacement, since it's not going to be an easy fix.
