I might be able to help you repair it. First I need the model of the machine is it a DUE/A or a Special 87. Next check the steam wand tip to make sure it is not blocked, if not blocked, you might have to remove the top panel, if it is a due there are 8 screws on the top if it is a special 87 there might only be 4 or a series of panels. Turn off machine and disconnect from power. Then follow pipe from steam valve to boiler, remove the pipe you will notice blockage either in the pipe or at the boiler fitting, clear blockage. For the group heads I would check the screens make sure there is no damage, and check the grind on the coffee grinder that might be too coarse.
