Hi I looked at all three of these sites, two I had visited previously and they were no help for my particular machine. I just really need to know where the filter is so I can try that first. My machine is a GE Super Capacity Plus Front Load 10 cycle washer. Model number GCRH410F 2WW

Hi,
I see nothing that tells me what make or model machine you have...
I think you are probably right and your filter is a mess...

Here is a generic tip that I wrote about the filter plugging problem that will probably steer you in the right direction...

If you are having a problem with your top load washer then check out this tip...

MACHINE NOT EMTYING WATER , BUT NOT ON ALL WASHES. DOES ON A FEW AND THEN WILL STOP. CANNOT REMOVE FILTER TO CHECK IF BLOCKED.

"Cannot remove filter" - that's a good sign it IS blocked.
Tipping the machine on its side or back may cause debris to move, allowing you to unscrew the filter.
Alternatively, remove the pump motor from the housing (tools needed) and clear blockage.

Washer won't spin. Washed bath mats (small) and

Read a post from someone else on this - turned out it works fine, just wouldn't work with the small wet load. I added towels to the bath mat load, washed them, it spins fine. Washed clothes & that worked fine too. Yay!! Not broken. Just not found of small loads of bath mats!

We think we overloaded the machine with bath mats and since then the water did not drain and the machine does not work any more. All buttons are flashing.

your pump is totaly clogged with the math matt sand
you should be able to access the pump from the rear wall,
bring towels you will loose water

remove both hoses from the pump and ensure they are clear, wash the drain hose completly run water through it

make sure you pump is clean and free
to spin

reassemble and and plug back in

errors should clear

Calypso washer - LD Code - clothes still wet

harborstuff,
The code on your machine stands for 'Long Drain'. Ld flashes if it takes longer than 5 minutes to pump out water to a point where the operating pressure switch resets. I would bet that the bath mats left a bunch of stuff stuck in the recirculation pump hose, or pump itself, and the water cannot be drained fast enough. Check the intake and exit hoses of the recirc pump. It's easiest to get to the pump through the front panel of the machine(click here). Looks like this: click here. Hope this helps.
(Definitely get under there and check to make sure the pump hoses are not clogged. At $129 it's an expensive fix for a $10 bath mat that clogged up the hose with fuzz. 'know what I'm sayin'' :o) )

-samson39

BTW, I have the maintenance manual & have experience at replacing the recirc. pump, control board, motor board, touchpad, & lid switch so far.

LG Washing Machine stops spinning in mid cycle

IE:

• Water supply is not adequate in
area.
• Water supply taps are not
completely open.
• Water inlet hose is bent.
• The filter of the inlet hose clogged.

Solution:
Check another tap in the house.
Fully open tap.
Straighten hose.
Check the filter of the inlet hose.

UE:
• Load is too small.
• Load is out of balance.
• The appliance has an imbalance
detection and correction system. If
individual heavy articles are loaded
(bath mat, bath robe, etc.) and the
imbalance is too great, after several
attempts to restart the spin cycle the
machine will stop and the error code
will be displayed.

Solution:
Add 1 or 2 similar items to help
balance the load.
Rearrange load to allow proper
spinning.

Out of balance with wet, heavy rug.

Bathmat is border-line on being excessively heavy (wet)
Do not use in washer. The fact that you got away with it before is your hint NOT to do this again or else bigger problems???

Bosch Maxx (ref WFL 2450). stopped during wash and switch on

Remove the front lower panel, screws underneath. Drain off water. Be prepared for more water. Check filter for clogging. Sometimes when the load is unbalanced & the machine cannot adjust the load it stops. To avoid this make sure your wash is mixed with big and small clothes.
If this does not work remove the rear panel & check belt, should have half inch ‘give’. Still not good, remove belt, unscrew 2 bolts that hold the motor, unplug the motor connector, lever the motor back with a screwdriver. Check the motor brushes, if it is any shorter than 5mm replace brushes.

Dark Spots on clothes

There may be some pieces of mat stuck between the inner and outer drums. The quickest way to remove this is to remove the drain hose that leads from the drum to the pump and feel around the bottom of the outer drum and remove any foreign objects that may be stuck in there.
