Where do I load photo paper to print photos?

There are two drawers. For paper you put your fingers downwards and pull out the paper drawer. For photo paper the drawer is above it, so curl your fingers upwards in the same place and pull.

Based on my MG7120.

MINOLTA CSPRO EP1083 PHOTOCOPIER NOT WORKING DISPLAYS "COF 30 " AND STOPS COPYING

Open the paper drawer and switch the green button which is located towards the back of the paper drawer on your left. My copier does this everytime I add paper.

I have the Xerox XD120f. Cannot pull paper from either drawer.

The rollers are either dirty , or most likely worn out and need to be replaced. They are not hard to replace, but humidity is not the problem, the condtion of the rollers is the problem. Try cleaning them with something like fantastic or formula 109, then clean again with alcohol.
They become slick and will not feed paper. You can google a business called The Parts Drop, they carry about everything for Xerox copiers.

What is a 991.00 error

Assuming you are working on a Lexmark C920. The 991.00 service paper option relates to paper being jammed behind one of the paper drawers. Remove the paper drawers and check the connecters and also the housing for the tray its self.

Clear any errant paper and replace the drawers and all should be well.

Paper pickup

Does it move the paper at all? If you have more than 2 drawers do other drawers work? Does bypass tray work for feeding paper? If paper does move does it always stop at same place?

Canon PC770 Paper Tray Does not Close Completely

After numerous attempts, the drawer finally slid in and worked --- until today.

New problem - drawer wouldn't come out and indicator showed the paper was out when machine had paper.

Removed screws from bottom of copier - couldn't completely remove the metal plate, but was able to pull it out enough to allow the paper drawer to be removed. Only thing that could be seen as potential problem was a spring hanging down the back that did not seem to be attached to anything. (heavy duty, about 7" long and 1/2 inch diament)

Removed screw, replaced screws in bottom plate - drawer slid in fine - turned on and ran copies just fine. Don't know what the spring was for - but copier is working for the moment.

Paper drawer won't open all the way and it won't copy

1. Turn the system off
2. Go to the right side of the unit and open the side panel will drop down
3. Move to the front of the machines and pull the drawer out as far as it will go, if it stops that meant there is a piece of paper caught in the take up area.
4. Go back to the side where you opened the panel and look for the lead edge of the paper, if you see it grab hold and up and towards you.
5. If you can't see the lead edge of the paper you will have to force the paper drawer out, just pull hard and the drawer and a piece of paper will come out.
6. Remove the drawer completly and then look in the paper drawer cavity for the remaining piece of paper.

Error code on Ricoh FT5733 copier

Open ALL paper jam locations on the machine. The jam code only means the paper jam is somewhere BEYOND the paper drawer. Check ALL jam locations including duplexer, bypass, and ALL paper drawers.

Konica Minolta Bizhub C352 error code C-0204

I had the same recently.

Problem is caused by a paper which stuck behind the paper tray. It happens when You put to much paper od while moving (for example). Solution: take out the paper tray 1 and 2, remove the paper from the space behind the trays.
