I am afraid that you will need to give a far clearer list of the particulars of your own computer for example make, model and what exactly are you trying to do.

Bios crashed while flashing

Your board has the ASUS crash free bios recovery feature:
01.gif CrashFree BIOS 2
The CrashFree BIOS 2 feature now includes the BIOS auto-recovery function in a support CD. Users can reboot their system through the support CD when a bootable disk is not available and go through the simple BIOS auto-recovery process. ASUS motherboards now enable users to enjoy this protection feature without the need to pay for an optional ROM.

Your manual ought to give you the step by step instructions.

Mainboard GA-G31-ES2C Warning: Backup BIOS checksum error BIOS Auto-Recovering...

If you have reset the CMOS memory you need to go into the BIOS setup screen and reconfigure the BIOS. To do that you need to press a key while the computer is booting. Usually F2 but can be other keys. It should tell you on the bottom of the first screen which key to press to enter BIOS setup.
If you don't know the settings the should be one for optimal defaults - use that one. You will also need to reset the time and date.
Save, Exit and re-boot and everything should then work.
During the boot process you will see on the screen to press delete to enter setup

Mainboard GA-G31-ES2C Warning: Backup BIOS checksum error BIOS Auto-Recovering...

try to find a copy of the bios from the manufacture's website, and put it on a usb stick, then start the computer with the usb stick plugged in. if that doesn't work, you may have to replace the bios chip with a properly programmed one. if you can replace it, then you would have to replace your motherboard (unless I missing something here on how to recover the bios)

C.P.R.(CPU Parameter Recall)
When the system hangs due to overclocking failure, there is no need to open the case to clear CMOS data. Just simply restart the system, the BIOS would show the previous setting and then users can amend the CPU setting again.

With ASUS EZ Flash, you can update BIOS before entering operating system. No more DOS-based flash utility and bootable diskette required.

hope this helps you

Enter the BIOS and select the item for Load optimal defaults or factory defaults, remember to set the date and time. You may also have to auto detect the hard drives by selecting the auto detect hard drives.

I am going to install a new graphics card, do i need to disable my integrated card firts and then shut down and install the new one?

In your BIOS it should be set so as to auto detect integrated graphics or AGP.
This is the default setting for HP and Compaq machines.
Install the card and see what happens, if you have no video, shut down the machine and either remove the new card and then set the BIOS to auto detect or if you saw the BIOS splash screen with the new card installed but got no graphics, then again go into the BIOS and set it to auto detect.
