Question about Nokia N72 Cellular Phone
Hi, this is a very common problem, the good news is that your phone is working and can be fixed for a small fee, now the problem you are having is with the data ribbon between the screen and the circuit boards.
whats happened is that when you open and close the phone this ribbon moves with the screen to keep the connection with the circuit board, now this ribbon has several thin one strand copper wires running through it and when you open and close the phone a lot these wires break and you then lose the connection,
the good news is that this ribbon is cheap to buy and cheap to replace all you need to do is take your phone into a small phone shop not a big branded chain store but a small phone shop and give them your phone and they should be able to replace this part whilst you wait, their will be a small fee for this but it wont be much as its not a major fault and it is a very common problem
let me know if you need further assistance ok
