it depends on what kind of samsung phone, but its the same principle for most phones. if the phone came with a cable and a CD, install the software in the cd on the PC and connect the phone to the computer using the cable (most likely USB able). then using the installed program, u can access the contents of your phone from your PC and u can add and remove things (including music and pictures).

You can also use a memory card reader, if u have one and if also your phone used a memory card.
