Hi! Only one thing can resolve this. You will need to replace the keyboard to fix the K key. The key is surely worn and needs replacement. Hope this helps and thank you for using FixYa!

When you press some letters in the keyboard it writes different characters and leters

I'm not sure how to tell you to correct the problem but the same thing happened to me and really messed with my head until I found out that there are several setting for different languages. The keys apparently mean something different from our language. Go in and reset your keyboard . Some have a drop down box that will let you choose your language. I wish I could tell how to correct it but I don't know what kind of computer is. The Control panel should a place about keyboards and let you change it there.

Most laptop keys have the same principle they have what looks like the fram of a mini table support X frame which latches at top and bottom th key if while it is of press the M and < keys down and with a torch have a look see if anything is under there same idea for the four sides if not get the manufacturer or go on line and find the web site type laptop keys if broken and they are really cheap. Hope this Helps

Hi, i am not continous user of omputer,& also not good typer, my keyboard's key are need heavy press by fingers; 2.5yrs old

If your keyboard came with any software, go ahead and reinstall the software for the keyboard. If the keys still aren't responding and still need a lot of pressure for them to work, then the keyboard is bad and would need to be replaced.
