I have a laptop dell inspiron1420 but i fail to find blue tooth driver BCM2045

Note: Please open the following link with Internet Explorer!!! Dell's website doesn't work well with other web browsers.

Follow this link to download the bluetooth driver for the Dell Inspiron 1420.

Click on the down arrow next to Network, find the Bluetooth Driver, and then click Download.

If the installation doesn't automatically start after downloading the file, then find where the file downloaded and double click it to run the installation.

Good luck, please post back if you have any difficulties, and thanks for using FixYa.

I replaced existing harddrive in my Dell inspiron laptop with a brand new blank harddrive off the shelf from Bestbuy. I then loaded all the system reinstall discs that Dell sent me. My laptop is now up and...

Go to the dell support website and download the driver for your network adapter.
Check your device manager for missing drivers, and download all that have yellow exclamation marks against them

Nvidia card on dell 1420 no image on screen on boot up

Restart the computer in Safe Mode with Networking by continuously pressing F8 at Dell logo. Go to the Nvidia website and download the latest drivers for your machine. If you are experiencing no video whatsoever, then either the screen needs to be replaced or a connection is loose or not working behind the screen.

Internet not connecting?

May be your Ethernet Controller is not installed. To confirm this, go to "Control Panel", click "System" from there look out for "Device Manager", click it, check "Network Adapter" to confirm if your Ethernet controller is installed or not. You might also see "Others", in the "Device manager" where you will find only components of your Laptop that are not installed with a yellow exclamation mark.

If you have confirmed that your network adapter is not installed, then you wil have to install the drivers.

Please give me feedback.

Take care.

I have a Dell Inspiron 1420 that has a Microsoft Windows Error message that will not go away even when closed. It says "Dell Wireless WLAN Card Wireless Network Controller stopped working and was closed"....

Try Deleting the wireless card from Device Manager.

Beware though, if you do this all your wireless settings, such as network names and keys, will probably be deleted as well.

Then right click on the name of your computer and click scan for changes and that will then reinstall the card. Can't say it will help but it's woth a shot.

Most likely the drivers aren't installed. Go to the product page for your computer and download the appropriate drivers for your OS.
