My sony ericsson C902 won't turn on or charge. All it does is restart itself and repeat restarting itself. The button lights stay on while the screen stays black i took it to the stall i bought it of and they told me it was a virus that cannot be removed and was probably from my memory card recieved via bluetooth but i only get it when the phone dies they fixed it but when it dies it comes back and i do not want to keep paying out £10 each time for it to simply do it again if the battery dies. Even if someone knows how they fixed it and if its possible for me to repeat what they have done.

yes, there's software updates available on the sony ericsson website. if this doesn't help, take it back to the shop you got it for and they should send it away and fix it, or they will replace it with a new c902 (:
Where do you see the red light? On the screen itself? Sometimes this problem occurs because of bad battery contact. Try to remove the back cover by pressing it, and gently sliding it outwards. Afterwards, remove the battery using your nails or something soft. Beware not to break any plastics. Try and using some pressurized air to clean the contacts, and maybe dust and debris that has accumulated inside. Then, place the battery back, with the restrictions drawings side up. close the lid, and restart the phone.
