The shower valve is clogged or the sgower head is. Try removing and cleaning the head first with CLR Cleaner.

Low shower head flow from Delta R1824 shower

Try exchanging the Delta head with one of the other shower heads you are happy with if you haven't already done so. No change in the flow means it's not in the head, and change means it is.

If it is in the head, since you are on a well and not a municiple water supply, you might consider removing the factory install flow controll device located just below the threaded area that mounts to the shower arm. These inserts can be a real bugger on some heads and each one is a little different than the last. The trusty nail often works well.

Your body sprays, I believe, are factory fixed at something like 2.2 gpm and non adjustable.

Also consider for a moment a garden hose with trigger spray head on it. When you squeeze the trigger the water will shoot out a certain maximum distance. If you were to take an ice pick and poke a hole in the hose, that maximum distance will be slightly reduced. The more holes in the hose the less the maximim distance. Correspondingly, the more holes you poke the less distance each hole will squirt because you have the same pressure and volume of water but more exit points.

A monitor has a flow rate of about 6 gpm at 85 psi which is pretty average for shower valves. If your other showers have only one exit point(i.e. one head) and the R1824 has 3 with the same pressure and volume, the garden hose illustration can also explain the volume change as well.

No running water from my shower

Check water lines to shower and make sure that there is no blockage or water cut off to it. Valve itself could be bad also or blockage inside it.

I f it is a tub & shower unit the diverter may be bad or stuck in place restricting water flow. Some are push button on the valve or a pull unit on tub spout to send water to shower head.
Cut water off and remove to inspect for reason not functioning correctly.
Remove shower head to inspect for blockage. The srceen may be stopped up for the shower head. Remove turn water on and see if any flow comes out shower arm.

Flow of water thru shower head is barely a trickle

There is a chance there is mineral deposits in the showerhead openings. You can try products sucha as limeaway by unscrewing the showerhead , soaking in the limeaway for a few minutes and rinsing with water. You may have to repeat this a few times to get it clean.

Water pressure to main hose has ceased, with water now pouring out of a small outlet pipe at bottom of unit next to fixing for main hose.

Sounds like your outlet at the top has clogged with grit/dirt. Turn the shower off, remover the entire shower head hose from its base (where it screws into the wall or pipe. Turn water back on. If you get a steady flow (as you should) the problem is isolated to the shower head/hose. Detach the shower head from the hose and clean the screen inside, attach hose back on first, try water again, if this flows then your blockage is in the head itself. After removing and cleaning the screen inside the shower head, reattach and run water, this should fix your problem, if not, you may need a new shower head. If the water will not flow to the outlet pipe alone, either your shower switch is broken or you have a serious plumbing problem.

Water pressure drops after a few seconds to almost nothing...

In the hand held shower head where the hose attaches to shower head. In the head there could be a flow restrictor. It may be rubber or plastic. In some cases you can remove it, or check if something is blocking it. Also try running the shower without the head on to see if there is some debris in the hose, and to check your water flow.

Bosch Tankless HW Heater...Hot water flow becomes cold then hot again during shower. Have had only Bosch plumber in area out numberous times but never fixes the problem.

You are using a low flow shower head. you probably own the 250/2400 they have activation rate of .8gpm. If your shower head is low like this, your unit will deactivate. Higher flow shower head is a fix, or pull the aerator out of the shower head you have now might help.
