Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of.(from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones)
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Goodluck!

I just received an email asking for all my information from a text saying fraudulent activities were associated was that from you or someone breaking into my account

Someone is trying to get access to your account information. Do not respond to the sender. Instead, contact your account provider (ie, bank, email, etc) and check if any unfamiliar activities have been recorded on your account recently. If so, ask that they freeze your account, whatever you need to do to halt the ******* activity. Never respond to messages from unknown senders!

How you you open a hotmail account, open Internet Explorer, or Firefox, if you have Firefox, which is safer, faster, better then IE.

Go to google.com, and type in hotmail, now on the hotmail page you type in your hotmail address and your password.

Now you are in your hotmail account.

I cannot get into my gmail home page

Point your web browser at http://www.gmail.com

If another account comes up, sign out of it by clicking the avatar in the upper-right then clicking "Sign out."

If you then still can't sign in to your account, click the "Need help?" link on the sign-in page.

If you're getting an error message, what does it say?

My computer has been restored and now I can't access my e-mail account or find my att.net homepage

When a Reformat has been done, all 3rd party program would have to be installed. ie: Microsoft programs, Turbo Tax, Quicken, Quickbooks, etc. Any program that you have a disc, you will have to re-install it.

If you want att.net as your home page, then set it under internet properties.
Click Start > Click on Control Panel > Double Click on Internet Options > and change it there at Home Page. See picture below, IN RED.
If you find this information helpful, pls rate me.

Try cleaning your temporary internet files, and your cache files. Depending on your IE version try updated to IE8. If you have a firewall such as zonealarm it might of switch to protected mode. The Program Switch will switch every 21 days.
