Question about Intel DG41RQ Motherboard CPU Bundle - Pentium Dual Core E5200 2.50GHz Retail Processor
This stop code, "0x0000000A irql_not_less_or_equal" normally refers to a driver problem. So this is one of the few times where the files that the BSOD lists actually is important. In your case most likely this is a driver problem. I would look at what version of 2003 you are trying to install. Since you have a Dual Core process the chip set is one of the newer ones. So make sure that the CD that you have has atleast SP2 as part of the install. If it does not you may not have the proper chip set drivers. You may need to add the serive pack to the install CD to make a new one or borrow one with the serice pack already in it.
The other thing that it could be if you are having a BSOD at boot is that there is something wrong with the motherboard. I would try to install XP on the system just as a test to see if you get the same problem. Again as long as you have a CD with SP2 it chould install. If you still get the error there is something wrong with the computer hardware.
Let me know if you have any more problems or questions
