Just use your PUK code to unlock blackberry curve 8330 password, just type any password until your phone asking you to enter puk code. PUK code can you found from your sim card bundle if you don't have it just call your service provider, they will give it to you. After you put that puk code your blackberry unlocked from old password.

Forgot security code?
It is not possible to unlock security lock without software as yours 3110 is a BB5 platform phone and can not be unlocked by IMEA calculation. You have to contact nearby technician, he can do it for you. Software like JAF, UFS etc. is needed for unlock security in BB5 phones.
