Hi,im disabled myself,i care & thats why im here.please rate me as in thumbs up 1 to 4.because something is new or nearly new you cant guarentee it will be reliable.i would go to the battery supplier & ask them could they drop test the batteries.hopefully you have the reciept,that should be your guarentee for 1 yr.& if your mum is registered disabled,she will not have to pay the VAT on products bought.i never.anyway if the batteries come up ok,then you need to look out to the charger.tell them when you ring them about your problem,&they may be able to test your charger also.hopefully your mum will be mobile again for bank holiday,i know what its like to be stuck.hope this was f help colin.
