DVD's have in them an anti piracy code. If the code from the disk doesn't match with the code from the unit then the unit will refuse to play it. It's impossible to change that code on your unit so you must be sure that all the disks you will try to play have the same region code.

The region code is inserted only in original dvd's. VCD's and personal copies of dvd's will work just fine.

BTW for the title to come up it must be in the file properties of the mp3 and the unit must be able to read it .

Hi, depending on the region of the cd/dvd it should automatically choose the type. ie, ntsc or pal, as these are the only regions it plays, anything else is incompatible with the unit, if you would like to find out more, or maybe you might want a second opinion, you can call the number below for clarification...hope this helps please rate this thanks Audiovox Electronics Corporation 150 Marcus Boulevard Hauppauge, NY 11788 Technical Assistance: 1-800-323-4815 these are the people who manufacture your unit

i read up on these systems, and what i can see is, that if lets say it was from America, the vehicle it is in, and that is where it was purchased, that is all it will play, apparently they are set to a single region , i did also check in my memory bank of dvd player regional codes to make them play any, and there is not one for this system either, so it looks to me that you are not going to be able to change it..

Jenson requires the green wire to be connected to the vehicle parking brake.(Safety feature) this green wire requires a negative switch to activate the screen.

I had the ground wire and the yellow power wire com out of the back of my jenson vm9410 what places do the go back in?

the yellow wire needs to goto a permanant power source such as the battery or a wire that stays live, the ground wire needs to goto another ground wire, or to a part of the car frame.

Audio problem

I'm not sure about the cd's and dvd's getting ejected, but you can ground the parking brake wire to any ground in the car and you will be able to watch ur movies.

GPS

Probably not or not worth the bucks to do it.as these radios are made with the componets for GPS and are active so they can be used, So the manufacturer wouldnt install a board with gps on it and not acytivate it. And to get this in the radio you would need to change the entire RF board assy. But just for giggles you should try calling Jenson at the # in your owners manual or at this # 888-866-5487 Good Luck
