Your pressure switch stops the water and allows it to start the next cycle. It's a switch either in the control panel or at the top of the tub with a small tube connected to it which goes down between the inner and outer tub. As the water level increases the air in the tube is compressed until there is enough pressure to make the switch stopping the water from filling. This tube can get clogged and the switch won't work. Remove the tube and clean it out. Blowing on the tube when it's still connected to the switch will make the switch if it's working and clear.

The washing machine is under filling water?

This problem is due to fault in the Water-level switch in washing machine.
The Water-level switch is the part in the washing machine that senses the filling water in the tub. When the water reaches to its required quantity the Water-level switch sends the command to stop the water supply. But if the Water-level switch is faulty. It will sense the wrong quantity of water in the machine. And makes the water supply stop bit early then required. So washer does not fills with required water .The Water-level switch is located at the bottom of the outer tub in the washing machine. Many a times removing and reconnecting the switch makes it proper. in other cases it needs to be replaced.
These will help. Thanks

Its stops when it reaches in 39 minute the function set on cottons what is the problem

Try resetting the mainboard by removing the wall plug overnight. May also be a faulty lid switch if it is a top loader.

Possible fault with the water level sensor , it must send signals to the program controller main board to switch on the motor for the wash cycle only when the water level set is reached. Remove the water level controller unit , check the diaphragm with a blow test , it must switch with vacuum , if not replace.

Your machine has a fault with the water level contoller switch - pressure switch that activates when water reaches the level set . So check the water level controller and test. If not the fault can be with the program controller unit.

Two issues are possible , After the first start of the wash , check if the machine starts only when the water level is reached- to confirm the working of the water level sensor.
Secondly if the program cycles seems out of hand then it is possible there are errors in the program controller unit.

you have to check the water level sensor, included to check the small hose from the drum to the water level sensor. there must be pressure from the water to suppress these sensors, the operation of the washing machine are:
washing process / cycles will start when the water level, which we set is reached. then there is pressure from the water through a hose, pressure water level sensor.

while SPIN is the reverse process of the washing process, water in the drums will be drained through the drain valve. and there is no pressure in the water level sensor so that the spin will start.

Sounds like it could be a faulty water level switch. A defect or an obstruction can mean that it can't tell the water to shut off. This switch raises the water level in the clothes tub. It's usually a diaphragm like device with a small clear plastic tube attached between the switch and the bottom of the washer's outer tub. As the water level rises, the pressure increases on the air in the plastic tube. When the pressure reaches a certain level, it activates the switch and turns off the water. It also signals the washer to begin the wash cycle. Clean out any obstruction in the plastic tube or replace the water level switch. Hope this helped.
