Question about Nortel Networks IP 2033 Audio Conference
When you plug it in, and the Nortel logo appears on the screen, swipe the three buttons that are under the display, with your finger, and that will get you into programming.
you will select following
Manual DHCP config? yes
enter the IP address of your system
for port #: enter: 7000
retries: enter 5
for the rest of the programming select "0" till the end

Since 2 new Polycoms are having the same problem, it is unlikely (?) that the Polycom is the problem, unless you are very unlucky or there is a bad design.
Since you verified that the line is not the problem, check its physical location. See if there is any interference from lights, sounds, including projectors. Move the Polycom to a different room to see if the same problem occurs.
