Question about Creative Labs Zen Touch MP3 Player
1. Connect the player to the mains via the power cable.
2. Straighten out a paper clip.
3. Hold down the Play/Pause button, and poke the paperclip through the reset hole (still holding down the play/pause button)
4. This will acces the recovery mode. Scroll down and go to reboot. Press the OK button.
I can't remember if this resets the data though?
But once you have control of the zen head on over to their website and update the firmware (this will wipe all of your songs, but would you rather have an MP3 player with music you cant listen to?) Haha
Anyhow hope this helps.
