Add additional laptop on wireless router

i assume that you want to connect the new laptop wirelessly to the router. if so, all you need to do is connect the new laptop to the wireless signal of your your router.
follow the steps below if you don't know your router's wireless settings.

- access the router's setup page by typing (which is the default ip address of the routre), then you will be prompted with a log in screen. leave the username blank and type "admin" on the password filed
- you will now be prompted with a linksys screen. if you are using the latest firmware of the router, there would be a "wireless" tab, click on that tab and it'll show you the wireless settings (i.e. ssid, wireless channel etc) and under the "wireless" tab is a subtab that'll say "wireless security" and it'll provide you your wireless password if you have enabled one. but if you are using the old firmware, the wireless settings would be located on the middle part of the setup tab
- if you have all the wireless settings needed, you just need to connect your laptop using those settings. you just need to make sure that the wireless capability of your laptop is enabled

hope this'll help you but if you still encounters any problem just ask me and kindly provide the wireless adapter being used and the OS of your laptop.

Canot access ADMIN screen

Look on the modem for a reset button, usually one you will need a paper-clip to press. Many modems will have this (not familiar with yours) and will completely reset your modem (IP's, passwords etc)

Hi my name is Cameron I'll tak care of you (:

1.Next time do not use caps lock.
2.Use better grammar next time. I use Spell checker in FF.

Alright, first your router does not make the laptop wireless, the wireless card inside your laptop makes its wireless. Secondly if you do not have a wireless card you need a "Wireless USB Adapter" google that.

Thirdly, tell me what your doing in steps. For example:
Step 1-I go to search for wireless networks
Step 2- I try to connect to my network.

Please try saying it in steps so we all can understand where your getting the error, and how to fix it.
