Question about Motorola Mobility MOTOKRZR K1 Cellular Phone
Someone please help!
If the phone is new, then it may be a DOA (Defective On Arrival). It's rare, but it happens that a piece of equipment is defective out of the box.
As long as the phone is within a year of the original purchase then your cell carrier should be able to do a warranty exchange at no cost (Verizon will do it in store if the store has a tech department, rather than mail you a new phone).
Be warned that if the phone shows any sign of physical damage, has been moved from one account to another, or shows some sign of tampering then your warranty may be void and you may be charged a fee to replace it!
