-   My system worked fine until 3 days into GTA4. Now I get unreadable disc with all media forms (DVD's games GTA4{have 2 cpies}). My copy works fine in other 360's. I followed MS' simple fix of removing the drive to no avail. Is this a known issue?-   xnoedgex

I had this problem with gta 4 on the 360. You need to clean out the cache on the hard drive. Go to system settings tab. Select memory. then hard drive. press y. then press x,x, Lb, Rb, x, x. then say yes. worked for me.
