Get a bigger boiler, this one can't handle the debit of hot water you ask it to deliver.

In that case lime has build up inside it and it's insulating the heating resistance. You must take it out and clean it. Also check the faucet, lime build up inside it can cause the controlling valve to shift position when it expands from the heat.

Running out of hot water after 10-15 minutes. already changed the bottom element and theromstat and still missing hot hot??

Is the upper element working?
The cold water comes in at the top inlet and there is a tube inside the water heater which takes the water to the bottom. If this tube breaks off the cold water will mix with the hot water on the top and you'll have less hot water. You can take it out and inspect or replace it.

There seems to be a flow problem. The pressure starts out fine and ends up a trickle but only on the hot side. I have used the T & P valve to try and back flush the unit , to no avail

In order to clean the unit you need to connect a small sump pump to the cold inlet, and run a hose from the hot side into the same bucket. Pour about a gallon a white distilled vinegar in the bucket, and turn the pump on. Let the solution run through the unit for about 15 minutes, then reverse the hose connections and run the pump for another 15 minutes. Reconnect the water supply and outlet. Turn the water on in the bathtub first on the hot side and let ir run for a few minutes before turning the power back on to the heater. While the water is still running turn the power back on and reset the thermostat. If you get a lot of debris in the bucket, you may need to consider installing a water-softener to prevent scaling.

Anyone anygood troubleshooting a Whirlpool Washer?

Thats a problem. Did you have the washer laid on it's side when moving? Timer switch would be first look. Hot water not working, but cold is? Mmmm.. Water inlet is pretty simple no real mechanical parts except intake valve for each inlet. Valve could be plugged or stuck closed on hot intake. Temp switch could be bad and that would cause the water intake to shut.I guess, but not usually a problem unless old machine. Make sure the fuse in control panel is intact. Underside of washer is a relay switch called wigwag. If it is bad nothing will cycle, easy fix 10 minutes and $15 in most cases. But check out before jumping to solve. All ways check cheapest parts first. Lid switch would also cause the no start and spin cycle problems.

My son is telling me that the car can not be running more than 15 minutes before the gauge shows that it is hot... could it be the water pump or the thermostat

15 minutes is about right to heat up an engine, are you saying it's getting too hot? water/antifreeze level? water pump maybe. Start it from cold let it idle until it's hot, does the fan come on and the guage go down then the fan turn off? If it does and fluid levels are good it's working fine

Runs fine for approx 15 mins, then stalls out and wont start again

sounds like coil problem, coils will start cold then get hot and stop. when coil cools will crank up and run till it gets hot, try to replace the ignition coil, dont think it would be a crank sensor, try a coil, thanks robert b.

Hot water is cutting out after 2 - 3 minutes whilst showering

check the screen on the cold water intake on the cold side,, you might have to flush the system out, and do you have the shower head water restricter in, if not you may be using to much hot water,,, how many other hot water fixtures are running at the same time? try running just the shower,,,if this is a tank water heater the dip tube could be bad that is on the cold side it takes the cold water to the bottom of the tank and forces the hot water out,, if you ar only getting a couple of min of hot water and the dip tube is bad it is not going to the bottom but just at the top and not getting all the hot water you will need a plumber

BOSCH DISHWASHER RUNNING TOO LONG PROBLEM

Bosch dishwashers are designed to heat the water to temp. However it has a 3 hr default if it doesn't reach temp. Start the cycle and see if after 1 hour if the water is hot or cold. If hot, then it is heating the water and the water coming in is just too cold. You may try running the water at the sink to get it hot there first before starting the dw. If the water is cold, then your unit isn't heating the water. At this point I pull the outer door panel, find the largest wires on the control unit and put my meter leads on them then start the machine. You will see 120 volts on your meter. Start the machine in light washes and with in 10 to 15 minutes you should see 0 voltage. Than means the relay has closed in the control and the hot line of the 120 volts is being sent to the heater. If this never happens, then you have a bad control. Bosch dishwashers have a 5 yr part warranty on the electronic control. Now If you get the 0 volts, I will put my amp meter on one of the same wires and check for 9 to 11amps. If that isn't there, then you have a bad heater assy. Hope this helps
