Sorry ramadi4, there is no such motherboard P4i4GX-PE made by Intel or any other manufacture.

Intel does make a motherboard D865PERL. If you need the board drivers you can download them by clicking on this link;
http://support.intel.com/support/motherboards/desktop/d865gsa/

Than located under Software and drivers click on: Latest drivers.
Choose you're operating system from the dropdown menu.
If you want the Intel driver CD please call Intel.
