The paper keeps jamming, I cant see anything in the way. any help is appreciated.

If paper doesn't feed correctly when printing, remove it and fan the edges of the paper to separate the sheets. Reload the paper against the right side and slide the edge guide against it. Do not load too many sheets at once.
If paper has jammed: 1. Press x Start to eject the jammed paper. 2. If paper is still jammed, gently pull it out from the output tray or sheet feeder. If paper is stuck inside, press the P On button to turn off the printer. Then lift the scanner, remove the jammed paper and torn pieces, close the scanner, and turn the printer back on.
If documents don't feed correctly in the Automatic Document Feeder, make sure the corners of the paper are not bent, folded, or curled up. Do not load more than 10 sheets of legal-size paper at a time. If documents have jammed: 1. Open the ADF cover and pull any paper out to the left. Caution: Do not try to remove the paper without opening the ADF cover first, or you could damage the mechanism. 2. Select Yes or press OK to clear any messages on the display screen. 3. Reload the paper.

Paper feed problem - uneven feed

If you don't see anything stuck down where the paper starts in, you might have a bent frame. What I see the most on this model is the center gets smashed down by luggage piled on top or tools and it bends the frame so paper can't pass thru. I have been able to rescue a few of these but usually you need a new print engine that runs around $169.00.

Paper feeds only an inch or so and then hangs, giving an error message. There appears to be nothing blocking the channel. The toner is almost out, does this have anything to do with the feeding mechanism?

Look for paper clips/ garbage that fell in or look for bent paper out sensor in the paper path (possibly left over paper from a previous jam or a piece of stuck label because the glue melted because you may not have used labels for *LASER* printers

Duplex mode, paper retracted and DISAPPEARED!

For duplex the paper feeds into the bottom paper tray, you need to make sure that paper is not stuck in the bottom area.

Hp laserjet 1320tn folds the upper right-hand corner of the page

Check carefully for any small scraps of paper caught in the paper path. Do a 1/2 way test, do a print job, listen for the paper to get just under the toner then quickly open the front of the printer (may take a few tries) see if the paper is folded there or if it's happening later that way. If it is folded before entering the fuser, you probably have a small piece of paper in the paper chute somewhere. If it's not and folds later, the fuser is probably worn badly.

HP 5610v states 'paper jam' and there isn't one - how to reset?

Normal 0 I suggest you get a sheet of Card Stock (Heavy paper) and place it in the feed way. Then press the print button applying a slight amount of pressure on the Card Stock so it will feed through the printer. The reason for this, is in some cases I have been able to clear the paper track of debris that was deposited there over time.
Worth a try, as I have fixed a number of printers this way, saving costly repairs.
Hope this helps. Bud

Paper will not feed into the printer.

I opened up my CX4200 and cleaned the feed rollers with a Q-tip wetted with a bit of cleaner, now it feeds fine. Looked like there was some dried ink splatter on the rubber rollers, that was probably preventing it from gripping the paper properly.
